Italy: where are international students coming from?
In the academic year 2019/2020, some 95,056 were enrolled in the Italian university system as a whole, the Ministry of University and Research reports.
Romania still holds the first position, with 10,220 students, followed by Albania (9,120), and China (7,747).
India, Iran, Morocco, Ukraine, TurkeyCameroon, and Moldova also make it in the Top 10.
